Participants were organized in work groups and walked around the whole hospital area to identify the current problems and to validate them with hospital users and healthcare professionals. After that, participants shared and discussed with their groups to establish the main hospital challenges. Finally, a representative for each work group presented to the audience more than 30 challenges that future hospital will have to cope with.
We would like to thank everyone for making the session such an unforgettable experience. Our unit is very satisfied both with the results and the positive feedback we received throughout the session.
We hope to see you all in the next macrosession!
