We are very happy to announce that ANAIS Medical is one of the 11 projects selected to participate in CRAASH Barcelona, a program that helps research teams to launch health innovations to improve health and patient care. CRAASH Barcelona is an EIT Health bootcamp organised by Biocat in collaboration with CIMIT from Boston, the most experienced health accelerator in the world.
ANAIS team is led by the senior nephrologist Dr Ibeas, and it is composed by a multidisciplinary healthcare team: biomedical engineers, nephrologists, nurses, radiologists, surgeons, and tech transfers. ANAIS aims to approach medical simulation to reality through models and simulators that allow training in invasive procedures, while improving the skills of clinical experts in different areas.
“Being able to participate in this program represents a great opportunity and will imply a qualitative jump in the development of our project” Núria Monill, biomedical engineer, product researcher at I3PT, and member of ANAIS team.
